Order Support
Can I change or cancel my order?
Standard decor orders are processed within 24 hours. Custom upholstery and made-to-order furniture can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement. After this window, changes may not be possible or may incur a restocking fee.
How do I track my order?
Once your item ships or is handed over to our white-glove delivery partners, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also view real-time updates in your Account Dashboard.
Do you offer trade discounts for interior designers?
Yes! We offer a Trade Program for certified interior designers, architects, and hospitality professionals. Email trade@stonewave.com to apply and receive exclusive trade pricing.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on standard decor items within 30 days of delivery. Large furniture returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival.
What if my furniture arrives damaged?
Please inspect your furniture at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage or defects, refuse the delivery and note the damage on the delivery receipt. Contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement or repair.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

How should I care for my solid wood furniture?
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid placing wood furniture in direct sunlight or near heat sources to prevent fading and cracking. Use coasters under beverages and wipe spills immediately.
Are your fabrics performance grade?
Yes, we offer a wide range of performance fabrics that are stain-resistant and durable, perfect for homes with pets or children. You can order free fabric swatches before making a purchase.
